Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time starts from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM, ensuring a smooth transition for the next guests.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, no fees will be charged.
- For cancellations or modifications made later, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit and Payment Policy
- A deposit is not required; we only request a booking guarantee.
- The credit card details provided during the booking process serve as the booking guarantee.
- No charges will be applied to your account at the booking stage.
- Full payment will be processed during check-in at the resort, with options including Visa, MasterCard, or cash payment.
